- Click on orders > manage orders in your admin section.
- Tick the check-box on the right for all orders you'd like to update.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- Select change status to 'Processed' or change status to 'Shipped' from the drop-down menu.
Please note: The order status called ‘processed’ is particularly useful if you use a third-party warehouse and need an interim stage between ‘ready’ and ‘shipped’.
You will still need to mark the order as ‘shipped’ once it has been sent
